Two widths are given. The narrow one requires 14 pegs, the wide one requires 18. Knit to any length you desire. Some length guidelines are included. The loom gauge should be approximately 5/8” from center to center of peg. Use either a #5 or #6 yarn. #6 may be knitted on a 3/4” spaced loom if preferred. The design includes knit stitches, tucked purls and cable crosses. It is assumed that you know how to make a knit stitch. Other operations are fully described. Many versions of knit stitch are acceptable.
