BUTTERFLY BLANKET SHRUG/ COSTUME

This pattern just received an update
It now includes 2 sizes. Small fits kids ages 3-6 & Large fits kids ages 7-11. It is easily adjustable for a perfect fit.
This pattern does not feature adult sizes

This beautiful butterfly blanket shrug was my daughter’s Halloween costume this year. I never intended to make this pattern available but after an overwhelming response from the crochet community, I decided to go ahead and type it up.

This project is worked in several sections that you will connect as you go. It may seem like an intimidating piece but I assure you, it’s not as complicated as it looks.

You need knowledge of the following stitches:
chain, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, and decreasing. There are no specialty stitches in this pattern.

Not only is it the perfect Halloween costume for cooler weather, but it would make a great Christmas or Birthday gift as well.
