For this reason, it is really hard to estimate yardage for this pattern, so an approximate yarn weight has been offered instead. In terms of yarn substitution, Plötulopi is probably the closest yarn that you could choose, but you might only need one strand of it to get gauge. 1 plate of Plötulopi is enough for this pattern
