Notions: 3.0 mm (US 2.5) circular needle 16”/40 cm or DPNs, 2.5 mm (US 1.5) circular needle or DPNs for the brim.
Gauge: 18 sts & 24 rows in 10 x 10 cm (4 x 4 inches) in brioche stitch ribbing in the round

Yarn used in the sample: Colour Adventures Dia Sock. Martin’s Lab BFL Sock
Yardage: used 43 grams, 182.0 meters (199.1 yards) of Wine (MC), 9 grams, 38.1 meters (41.7 yards) of Peony (CC), used 12 grams, 50.8 meters (55.6 yards) of Bonfire (CC), 7 grams, 28.0 meters (30.6 yards) of BFL.
Circumference: 50 cm (about 20 inches)
Depth: 22 cm (about 9 inches).

This hat can be worked in two colours or as many as you want. I suggest the best places to change colours in the pattern. But if you would like to have a colourful hat – please be aware that this will give you a lot of yarn ends to weave in. If you want the hat to be reversible, they will have to be sewn in very carefully.
