A double brimmed hat with infinite styling possibilities! Whether you’re dashing to catch a train or hiking through the hills, the Bridge Hat will keep you feeling comfy and looking good.

Simple stitches mean this is the perfect project to bring to knit
night – nothing complicated to keep track of. The color pairings are the star of the show, so make sure to choose a combo you love.

This hat was inspired by the River Mitts by Light From Lantern, so why not make a matching set?

You will need:

  • One ball of ALB Lino
  • One ball of Zauberball Crazy
  • 16” circular needles in size US 3 (3.25mm) or size needed to obtain gauge
  • DPNs or 32” circular needles in size US 3 (3.25mm) or size needed to obtain gauge
  • One spare circular needle at least 16” long, size US 3 (3.25mm) or smaller
  • Four stitch markers, one distinct
  • Optional: Crochet hook in size US E (3.5mm)

With one full skein of each color, you can either make two hats, swapping inner and outer colors for the second, or you can make a hat and a pair of matching River Mitts!

There are video tutorials linked in the pattern to help you with the stretchy cast on and joining the two brims.
