The necklace is done with 3 stitches (every other needle) on a bulky knitting machine to form a loose icord. It is partly braided to form a softly twisted piece. Beads are added to the ties if desired. The cotton yarn is soft and comfortable to wear.

Materials needed:
9mm knitting machine
2 claw weights
1 stitch holder
2 large safety pins
row counter
(optional) large hole beads for decoration
(optional) beading needle if adding beads
(optional) clasp for back of necklace (or necklace can be tied)
