Worked with super bulky yarn in a fabulously textured mock cable stitch pattern, Bordeaux is a fun knit that you may button up as a cowl or neckwarmer, or wear as a shoulder warmer or capelet! Or continue knitting stitch repeats using additional yarn to create a wonderfully chunky scarf.

106 (97m) yards super bulky yarn
Size 17 US (12mm) knitting needles
Two 1-1.25” vintage or contemporary button
Sewing needle and thread
Tapestry needle or crochet hook for weaving in ends
