Blueberry Blouse
Blueberry Blouse is a loose-fitting children’s blouse featuring a simple, yet elegant, charted lace border with blueberries along the neckline and sleeves. The body is oversized and wide, the sleeves are ¾ length and the back neckline has a small opening that is closed with 2 buttons and crochet loops.
Blueberry Blouse is worked back and forth with 2 strands of either Merino or Pure silk held together throughout. You start working front and back pieces separately as well as sideways from the center front and center back. Work is joined at the shoulders, and sleeves worked top down with short row shaping. The neckband is worked in moss stitch before the blouse is finished by seaming the sleeves and both sides of the body.
The Blueberry stitch pattern is charted only.
