I designed this ear warmer while working and touring around the USA. We had been chasing the endless summer until our arrival in Bloomington. The wind was chilly and the leaves brilliant. I needed a quick fix to keep my ears warm so I could explore the gorgeous hiking trails and admire the foliage. Dreaming of the outdoors and thinking forward to what this landscape must look like covered in spring blooms, I whipped up this cute flowered headband. It will keep your hair out of your eyes and help use up your leftover sport weight yarn. As you knit, you will create beautiful tulip blossoms that appear through a clever use of traveling stitches.
