ABOUT
The Birchmount Triangle Wrap is a whimsical granny scarf featuring two sections of solid stripes and a delightful picot border for a slight twist on a basic granny triangle!

MATERIALS
Yarn: Worsted—Lion Brand Color Theory in Moonbeam for Main Color (MC) and Satellite for Accent Color (AC)

• 100% acrylic
• 246 yds (225 m) per 3.5 oz (100 g) skein
• Find this yarn on lionbrand.com or visit yarnsub.com to find comparable substitutes.

Yardage Required:
3 skeins of Main Color (Moonbeam), or 600 yds (549 m), and
1 skein of Accent Color (Satellite) or 140 yds (128 m)

Substitute Lion Brand Color Theory with any similar category 4 (worsted) medium weight yarn that matches gauge. You can also easily substitute any other yarn weight with a corresponding hook and work to your desired dimensions.

Hook: Size U.S. 7 (4.5 mm) or size needed to obtain gauge

Notions: Tapestry needle

MEASUREMENTS
Finished scarf should measure approximately 27” (69 cm) in depth with a 60” (152 cm) wingspan (measured across the longest edge).

Reversible: There is no right side or wrong side; both sides are identical. Whichever side you choose to wear as the “right side” is your preference.

Turning Chain: The turning chain (ch-4) counts as 1 double crochet and 1 chain.

Changing Colors Seamlessly: When working the last stitch of an old color, work the stitch as usual, but use the new color to do your final yarn over and pull through to close the stitch. Then, you may cut the old color and continue stitching with the new color.
