This is a basic crochet hat pattern which I use as a starting point for many of the items I make in my shop. It is an easy pattern to make up and customize with stripes, different stitch patterns for a few rounds, etc.

The second photo shows the white hat in the pattern as written. Every other hat in photo two shows the basic pattern included here with some type of embellishment added for example purposes only to demonstrate all the things that can be done with this pattern. The embellishment instructions are not included with this pattern.

Beginner pattern that includes 12 sizes from 4-5 pound Preemie to Large Adult

Requires basic crochet knowledge and pattern reading

Materials
H hook (5 mm)
Worsted weight yarn
Tapestry needle

I have tested the sizing extensively and included a size chart which I use as a reference when making hats. I hope you find it useful! Sizing can be easily adjusted off the chart by adding/subtracting rounds at the end.
