Baroque is worked seamlessly from the top down. You start with a k1-p1 ribbing, then a few short rows are then worked to lift the neck and achieve a better fit.
The circular-yoke is worked down to the sleeve separation. After the sleeve stitches are placed on hold, the body is worked down to the hem. Sleeves are worked in rounds down to the cuffs.
