The pattern is written for ALL knitters, not just for those who are familiar with Swing-Knitting™ terminology and techniques.

The triangular shawl is created out of one ball of Zauberball and a complimentary yarn. For an interesting design, it is recommended to select a variegated yarn with long color runs.

By selecting a lighter weight yarn, and smaller needles, the design will create a scarf. Conversely, heavier yarn and needles will create a larger shawl. Using the Zauberball yarn, the dimensions of the triangular shawl are roughly 57” wide and 16” from center tip to opposite edge.

The gauge is measured with garter stitch--22 sts and 24 garter ridge rows (two knit rows for each ridge)/4” .

It’s such a fun knit and very versatile as a kerchief, scarf, shawl, and a wrap around the hip.
