The cardigan is knitted in Kauni effect yarn. For the models are used green and yellow nuances for the background and blue/violet/green for the leaves for the cardigan at the right side of the picture - rainbow colours for the one left at the upper picture.
When you start to knit it is appropriate to wind the yarn into balls to notice the run of the colours. Choose one colour for the I-cords at the edges and envisage how the colours will look when coming together during the knitting and choose what you prefer. If two colours come to close when knitting, just hide the yarn away and use it later. Two cardigans will never be just alike, but you get the opportunity to get your own unique cardigan.
