Started with an invisible cast-on, knit in the round, and finished with a flap that is knit flat, these cases will stretch to fit most smartphones and tablets. The leaf and edging are knit separately and then sewn on.

THE BASICS

• Includes BOTH patterns: 1 tablet case and 1 smartphone case

• Phone Case: 5.5” (14 cm) x 2.75” (7 cm) will stretch to fit most smart phones

• Tablet Case: 9.75” (24.8 cm) x 6.75” (17.1 cm) will stretch to fit most tablets

• Pattern is written in ENGLISH and uses standard U.S. knitting terms

• Instructions are for knitting in the round on circular needles - the flap is knit flat

• Gauge: 18 stitches = 4 inches (10 cm)

• Knitting skill level - INTERMEDIATE

• Approx. 36 yds (33 m) Worsted weight yarn in main color for phone case

• Approx. 11 yds (10 m) Fingering weight yarn for leaf

• 3/8” (10 mm) Sew-on Magnetic Snap

Tablet Case
• Approx. 123 yds (112.5 m) Worsted weight yarn in main color for tablet case

• Approx. 15 yds (13.7 m) Fingering weight yarn for leaf edging

• 7/8” (22 mm) Button

Both Cases
• 32” or longer circular needle U.S. size 6 (4.0 mm) or size needed to obtain gauge

• Set of U.S. size 1 (2.25 mm) double-pointed needles

• Stitch markers

• Yarn needle
