The Ancient Mosaic Bookmark is quite mysterious!

What hidden meanings lie behind the ordinary? Maybe there is a clue in the book you’re reading! Or is there a secret color code?

Two contrasting colors and slipped stitches create a mysterious mosaic.
The bookmark ends in a triangle with an I-Cord that will peek out of your book.

You can use fingering or sport weight yarn and adjust the length. I used appr. 27 yards total of Catania and 2.5mm knitting needles.

Basic stitches/techniques required:
Knit, K2tog, slipping stitches
2-stitch I-Cord with little tassel (explained in pattern)
carrying yarn up the side
