The Cardigan works up super quick but still has a nice drape due to it being made with a bulky yarn.
Constructed in one large piece, seamless, top down with set in pockets.
The sleeves are created by skipping a group of stitches. It’s that easy, you simply skip them. These two sections will cease to be part of your working row and you will finish the body and ribbing.
Sleeves are then added on.
A nice edging is then added onto the front and neck area for a polished look! This can also add any added width you may wish to add extra. Customization is easy and i’m happy to help if you message me.

A fun dip into history behind the name: Alloa, Scotland: Alloa grew up under the protection of Alloa Tower which may have been built before 1300 AD.The name of the town has had different spelling at different periods. In the charter granted by King Robert the Bruce in the year 1315, to Thomas de Erskyne, it is called Alway; in some subsequent ones, Aulway, Auleway; and more recently Alloway. The most probable etymology of the name was from Aull Waeg - the way to the sea. The town itself continued to be known for its weaving and glassmaking industries well into the 19th and early 20th centuries.
