This well written pattern is complete with directions for 5 different sizes (6 mons, 12 mons, 18 mons, 2T, 4T), and will fit chest circumference of 17”, 18”, 19”, 21, 23”.

The pattern calls for the following materials and supplies:

1½ (2, 2½, 3, 3½) balls of Lion Brand Wool
Ease®
Colour shown – Grey Heather
4.50 mm (7) crochet hook (or size needed to
obtain gauge)
4 (4, 4, 5, 5) – 20 mm (¾”) Buttons (or size
needed – see finishing instructions)

Yarn needle

Stitches and abbreviations:

ch - chain
sl st - slip stitch
st - stitch
YO - yarn over
sc - single crochet
hdc - half double crochet
esc – extended single crochet = insert hook in
the next st, yo, draw through a loop, (yo draw
through 1 loop) twice.
sc2tog - single crochet 2 together = (insert
hook in the next st, yo, draw through a loop)
twice, yo, pull through all 3 loops on hook.

The Adventure Cardigan is worked in one piece from the bottom up. Mixed stitches create texture.
